Andrew Brown brings over 20 years of global experience in strategic capital, project finance, private credit, private equity, with a particular focus on emerging markets. He has executed transactions in more than 50 countries, raising over $5 billion across the infrastructure, energy, telecom, natural resources, and financial sectors.

His expertise spans greenfield projects, project finance, and debt advisory, with a proven track record of structuring complex deals and mobilizing capital across diverse markets. He has partnered with leading emerging market-focused commercial lenders, corporates, asset managers, and development finance institutions, delivering innovative solutions for clients worldwide.

Notable transactions include a $2 billion greenfield airport in Southeast Asia, a $300 million global technology metals fund, a $200 million dry dock shipyard in Southeast Europe, multiple financings for US corporates expanding digital infrastructure across Eastern Europe, Africa, and Latin America, and numerous transport infrastructure projects across EMEA, among others.

Prior to founding Canmore, he served as President of Delphos, a Washington, DC-based emerging markets investment bank (2021–2025). Earlier, he held several senior leadership roles, including as Managing Director and Head of Origination for Delphos, Director for Delphos – leading and structuring transactions with a focus on Africa and the Middle East, and CFO of a Tier III+ data center business in Kenya.

He holds an MA from George Washington University and a BSBA from The Ohio State University, sits on several non-profit boards, and is a frequent speaker at finance and investment conferences globally.
